Batch Rename ("the app") is designed to work fully on your device. We do not operate servers for this app, and we do not sell or share personal data.

1) Data We Collect

• We do not collect, store, or transmit personal data such as name, email, phone, or location.
• This app may use third-party advertising services (such as Google AdMob), which may collect limited device information to display relevant ads.

2) Files and Permissions

The app uses Android's Storage Access Framework to access only the files or folders you explicitly select.

• Select Folder: Access is granted to the chosen folder for rename operations.
• Select Files: Access is granted only to the files you pick.

3) How Your Data Is Used

• To display selected file names and live rename previews.
• To rename files when you confirm the action.
• To optionally update modified date if you enable that setting.

All processing is performed locally on your device. No files are uploaded.

4) Data Sharing

If advertising is enabled, third-party ad partners (such as Google AdMob) may process limited device data to provide and measure ads. We do not sell your personal data.

5) Data Retention

• The app does not retain your files on external servers.
• Permission access is controlled by Android and can be revoked anytime in device settings.
